That’s where it started over 30 years ago:  houses.  The Howard Bailey Company began building its rock-solid reputation (literally) by developing exceptional quality custom homes in some pretty snazzy neighborhoods throughout southwest Missouri.

In 1990, we began applying our ‘quality, period’ building philosophy to commercial projects.  We’re pleased with the fact The Bailey Company’s business complexes, apartments, hotels, and all other commercial projects are as infused with our ideas of quality as our residential projects.  We’re confident you’ll be pleased with our approach to remodeling, as well.
